The rules and guidelines for using PaperBlox.
By accessing or using PaperBlox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use PaperBlox.
PaperBlox is an independent platform and is not sponsored, authorized, operated, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a PaperBlox account or upload content. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use PaperBlox only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts using misleading information, or use another person's account without permission.
Please contact PaperBlox promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
PaperBlox provides printable papercraft templates, creator profiles, community submissions, downloads, and other community features designed to help users create and share physical papercraft projects.
Unless a template's page states otherwise, templates available through PaperBlox are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You may download, print, and build templates for your own personal, non-commercial projects.
Unless you have written permission from the applicable rights holder, you may not sell, redistribute, re-upload, publicly share, reproduce, modify for redistribution, or host PaperBlox template files on another website, platform, marketplace, or file-sharing service.
Community-uploaded templates remain subject to the rights of their respective creators and any applicable third-party rights. The availability of a template on PaperBlox does not grant permission for commercial use or redistribution.
When you upload a template, image, description, instructions file, or other material, you represent that the submission is your original work or that you have all permissions necessary to upload and share it through PaperBlox.
You may not upload content copied from the internet, taken from another creator, or modified from an existing work unless you have permission from the applicable rights holder. PaperBlox may request evidence of ownership or permission.
You retain any ownership rights you have in your submission. By submitting content, you grant PaperBlox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, and promote that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote PaperBlox.
This license continues while your content is available through PaperBlox. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, cached pages, promotional materials already created, or records maintained for security, legal, or moderation purposes.
Community submissions may be reviewed before or after publication. PaperBlox may approve, reject, restrict, edit the presentation of, or remove content when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, infringes another person's rights, creates a safety concern, is misleading or inappropriate, or harms the PaperBlox community.
PaperBlox is not required to publish or continue hosting any submission. Moderation decisions may be made at our reasonable discretion.
PaperBlox may provide features such as creator profiles, follows, ratings, download counts, and other community interactions.
You may not artificially manipulate followers, ratings, downloads, views, engagement, or other platform statistics. This includes using automated systems, duplicate accounts, deceptive methods, or coordinated activity intended to produce misleading results.
When using PaperBlox, you may not:
The PaperBlox name, branding, website design, software, original templates, graphics, and other content created by PaperBlox are owned by PaperBlox or its applicable licensors unless otherwise stated.
Roblox, the Roblox logo, and related names, characters, assets, and trademarks belong to Roblox Corporation or their respective owners. Other games, brands, characters, and intellectual property displayed through community submissions belong to their respective owners.
References to third-party properties are for identification and creative community purposes and do not imply sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement.
If you believe content available through PaperBlox infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us and provide the URL of the content, a description of the protected work, an explanation of your rights, your contact information, and any supporting evidence.
PaperBlox may remove or restrict access to reported material while reviewing a complaint.
Your use of PaperBlox is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Usernames, profile information, published templates, creator names, follower counts, ratings, and other information intended for public display may be visible to other users and visitors.
Do not include private or sensitive personal information in your username, profile, template description, images, or other publicly submitted content.
PaperBlox may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or remove content if we reasonably believe the user has violated these Terms, created a security or safety risk, infringed another person's rights, abused platform features, or interfered with PaperBlox operations.
Users may contact PaperBlox if they believe an enforcement decision was made in error.
PaperBlox may add, modify, restrict, or remove features at any time. We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
Templates, accounts, submissions, statistics, and other information may occasionally become unavailable or be changed because of maintenance, moderation, technical problems, or service-provider limitations.
PaperBlox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every template will be accurate, complete, safe, printable, or suitable for every user, printer, material, or purpose.
Papercraft projects may involve scissors, craft knives, glue, and other tools. Younger users should obtain appropriate adult supervision. You are responsible for using suitable materials and following proper safety precautions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaperBlox and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its content.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
PaperBlox may update these Terms as the platform changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of PaperBlox after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
